Test Your Hypothesis Against Your Data

After completing Step 5, Creating a Model of Experiments, or MOE, you are ready for your final step of comparing your experimental data to the quantitative model you have built, which is a mathematical representation of your scientific hypothesis. This step entails exporting the computational model to the solver you will be working with. The default solver that ProcessDB currently works with is Berkeley-Madonna. In order to work with this solver you will have to install it on your computer. ProcessDB also can export your model in SBML. If you are using SBML then you will need to skip step 5 in ProcessDB and directly capture your data into your solver.
